Big “Welcome Back” to Jeannie Graham from Portadown Temperance Council.
Jeannie delivers workshops to our Year 6 & Year 7 pupils.
The children learn how to keep themselves safe, exploring themes like peer pressure and the dangers they might face as they grow into teenagers and young adults.
This morning Foundation Stage & Key Stage One and Key Stage Two held separate assemblies.
These special NSPCC Northern Ireland assemblies were delivered by our Designated Teacher for Child Protection, Mrs Spence.
Further workshops for the children will follow in the coming weeks.
The pencils were busy in Year 3 today. Some visitors called to see Mr. Campbell to get a Principal’s Award for excellent character descriptions.

Lots of laughter this morning at assembly as we had a visit from crownjesusministries and their puppet show. Many thanks to Helen and her team, especially puppet Max who received a Pupil of the Week certificate alongside this weeks winners.
