Keep up to date with all the latest news happening in school at the moment.
Year 4 has been learning about World War 2.
On VE Day, one of our Year 4 pupils brought in her great-grandfathers gas mask.
What a fabulous piece of history!
We are delighted that we have earned the Autism NI Education Champion Award.
This is recognition of the dedication and hard work of our staff, who have worked diligently towards implementing our action plan and achieving this award. Thanks in particular to Mrs Knox and Mr Magill for leading this work.
The changes we have implemented will have a positive impact right across our school community and will benefit everyone.

Our Easter Raffle raised an impressive £470.
Massive thank you’s to Maisie’s Bowtique and Just Two Sweet for donating prizes and to all those who bought tickets.
Congratulations to all the prize winners ❤️❤️❤️
We were delighted to welcome some visitors to school today. We held a special assembly to present a cheque to the charity B Positive.
B Positive supports children and families dealing with a childhood cancer diagnosis.
Dave & Sara Watson from B Positive shared their story and told us of the great work they do.
We were also joined by Damian McConville, dad to Year 1 pupil Grace. Our collections for B Positive were on behalf of Grace.
We held collections at our recent Integration Celebration Days and children also participated in a non-uniform day. Pictured with Dave, Sara & Damian are Year 1 teacher Mrs Towe and Year 1 assistant Mrs Forker.
Thank you so much to everyone for their donations and support. An amazing amount of money raised to help support children and families when they need it most. ❤️❤️❤️
Congratulations to children from Lurgan Model Integrated Primary School who were recently confirmed. Some children from Kings Park and Dickson Primary Schools joined with our Sacramental Preparation classes and were confirmed with us. Thank you to Mr O’Hagan for working so diligently to prepare the children involved.
Our friends and neighbours from St Teresa’s and Carrick Primary School were also confirmed alongside us. It was wonderful to see so many local schools coming together in this way.
It was a beautiful ceremony which was made complete by our wonderful school choir and readings from all the schools involved.
My thanks also to Mrs Roderick, Moya, our choir and all those involved in making the day such a success.
We celebrated World Book Day with a Character Parade and lots and lots of reading across the school. 🤗
Miss Ganley organised a competition to create our school’s new ECO code.
Well done to one of our Year 7 pupils for their winning entry. 🤩🤩
This new ECO code will guide the work of our ECO council.
Enjoy spending your prize - a £10 voucher for the fabulous Just Two Sweet
Thank you Miss Ganley 🙌🏼
Some of our Year 5 pupils entered the BBC’s 500 words writing competition.
