Anti-Bullying Week and Odd Socks Day

Monday 11th - Friday 15th November was Anti-Bullying week 2024. This years theme was ‘Choose Respect’. We completed several activities in class including discussing how we can show respect in the classroom, in the playground, in school and at home and thinking about what it means to ‘choose respect’. We talked about how we are all different and we all like different things, and we thought about what it means to disagree respectfully. On Tuesday we wore odd socks to school to celebrate anti-bullying week in a positive way. This helped us to remember that we are all unique and that we should respect each other, which includes valuing our feelings, views and opinions, even if they differ from ours.
